Terms of service

These terms apply between Pakkeseddel-agent and businesses that use Pakkeseddel-agent. The service is sold to businesses only.
The service
Pakkeseddel-agent reads delivery notes and invoices with AI and compares delivery number, article number and quantity using fixed rules. The service is an aid. AI can misread, and you are responsible for checking the result before you approve or pay an invoice.
Price and payment
The price is NOK 2.90 per upload excl. VAT. You can choose a monthly top-up: you choose a number of uploads (in steps of 50), and your payment card is charged automatically every month for that amount. The top-up renews automatically every month until you stop it in the app. You can change the amount or stop at any time. Changes and cancellation apply from the next charge, and you do not pay for months after the top-up has ended. You can also buy uploads as a one-off purchase, independent of the top-up. Payment is by card via Stripe, and you receive an invoice with VAT by email for every charge and purchase. Uploads do not expire, and unused uploads carry over to the next month. Documents that cannot be read are not deducted.
Refunds
Unused uploads can be refunded on request to adrian.siggerud@gmail.com. Used uploads are not refunded.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or errors caused by AI misreading a document. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and governing law
We may change these terms with reasonable notice. Norwegian law applies.
