Pakkeseddel-agent is the data controller for the information you give us in Pakkeseddel-agent. Questions can be sent to adrian.siggerud@gmail.com.
What we store
Email address, company name and password (stored encrypted by the login service). Delivery notes and invoices you upload, with the content the agent reads from them, for example supplier, item lines, quantities and amounts. Purchase history and balance.
Why
To deliver the service you have asked for, check invoices against delivery notes, and to meet bookkeeping obligations for purchases. The legal basis is the agreement with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and the Norwegian Accounting Act (art. 6(1)(c)).
Who processes the data
Supabase stores data in the EU. Netlify and Vercel host the websites. Stripe handles payment, and we never see your card number. Anthropic receives the documents you upload and the questions you ask, so that AI can read them and answer. The documents are not used to train models. See Anthropic's terms for the current rules.
Storage and deletion
Documents are stored as long as you have an account, and you can delete them yourself in the app. To delete your account, email adrian.siggerud@gmail.com. Purchase data is kept for as long as the Accounting Act requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion and a copy of your data. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
