Photograph the delivery note
Do it when the goods arrive. Pakkeseddel-agent reads the delivery number and item lines, and remembers them until the invoice arrives.

Every invoice line gets a status. Approve the invoice, or copy a ready-made discrepancy message to the supplier.

Check goods in on your phone
Take a photo of the delivery note and tick off what actually arrived. If you counted a different quantity than the note says, enter it and the count is included in the check.
Tells you if you uploaded it before
Upload a delivery note or invoice that already exists and you are told straight away, even if it was a long time ago.
A ready-made message to the supplier
When something doesn't match, it drafts a message with the lines concerned and an estimate of how much was invoiced too much.

What is checked
AI reads the documents. The comparison itself follows fixed rules, so you can see why a line is flagged. Price, VAT and freight are not checked.
Delivery number
The number on the invoice must exist on a delivery note.
Article number
Every invoice line must appear on one of the delivery notes.
Quantity
Invoiced quantity against delivered quantity, summed across partial deliveries.
Why I built it
I built Pakkeseddel-agent for Østlandet Motorservice. Whenever goods arrive, the invoice should match what actually came. Checking by hand takes time, and it is easy to skip.
I wanted something so simple that everyone at work could use it without training. That is why the app does as little as possible: you take a photo, upload the invoice and see what doesn't match.
Now anyone can use it.

Pricing
Choose how many uploads you want each month. No commitment.
- Monthly top-up. Choose, say, 50 uploads a month. Your card is charged automatically, and you can change or stop whenever you like.
- Top up whenever you want. Run out early? Buy more without changing plan.
- Uploads don't expire. What you don't use carries over to next month.
- Your first delivery note and invoice are free.
- One upload is one document. An invoice with two delivery notes is three uploads.
- Questions to the agent are included. You get a receipt with VAT by email.

What people ask
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can also buy uploads as a one-off. They don't expire. Monthly top-up is for those who use the agent regularly.
Can I change or stop the top-up?
Yes, at any time in the app. Changes apply from the next charge, and you keep the uploads you have left.
What if I run out before the month is over?
Top up straight away. It doesn't affect your monthly top-up.
Is price checked?
No. The check only looks at delivery number, article number and quantity.
What if one invoice covers several delivery notes?
The agent sums quantities across the delivery notes that belong to the invoice. You can add or remove a delivery note with one click.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
Everything that was read can be corrected, and the check updates immediately. Fields the agent cannot read reliably are flagged instead of guessed. If a document is hard to read, a stronger model reads it again at no extra cost to you.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. On your phone you photograph the delivery note and tick off what arrived. Invoices and discrepancies are easiest to handle on a computer.
What about credit notes?
They are recognised and not checked against a delivery note, so you avoid false discrepancies.
Does it cost anything if a document can't be read?
No. Only documents that are read and saved are deducted.
Can several people in the company use the same account?
Yes. Create a team and invite colleagues. You see the same documents, and approved invoices end up in the archive.
Where are the documents stored?
With Supabase in the EU. Only you and your team have access.
Does it work with EHF?
Not yet. Invoices are read from PDF.
Are the documents in English?
The app is available in English, but it is built for Norwegian suppliers and Norwegian delivery notes and invoices.
